数独潜航隐私政策

1. 不收集个人数据
本应用不要求注册账号，不收集或上传姓名、电子邮件、电话号码、位置、照片、 通讯录、设备标识符、广告标识符、使用分析、诊断信息或其他个人数据。 本应用不包含第三方广告、第三方分析 SDK、社交功能、聊天功能或用户生成内容。
2. 仅保存在设备上的应用数据
练习进度、数独填写内容、声音和纠错设置、计时起点仅使用 Apple UserDefaults 保存在用户设备上，不会传输给开发者或第三方。这些本地数据会一直 保留到用户卸载应用或由系统清除应用数据。开发者没有服务器副本，无法远程查看、 恢复或删除这些数据。
3. App 内购买
“支持开发者”是可选的消耗型 App 内购买。付款由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 和 App Store 处理。开发者不会获得或保存用户的银行卡号、付款账户或 Apple ID 信息。购买不会解锁练习内容，也不会改变提示次数或其他解题功能。
4. 外部网页
生物真实照片随应用离线提供。照片详情中的“版权与来源”可在家长验证后打开对应的 Wikimedia Commons 来源页面。隐私政策和支持页面也可能通过系统浏览器打开。 本应用不会记录用户访问这些网页的行为；外部网页适用其各自的隐私政策。
5. 未成年人隐私
本应用不建立儿童档案，不进行行为广告或跟踪。App 内购买和离开应用的外部链接均位于家长验证之后。
6. 数据选择与删除
由于本应用不收集或保存服务器端个人数据，因此没有需要向开发者申请访问、更正或 删除的云端数据。用户可以通过卸载应用删除保存在设备上的应用数据。
7. 政策更新
如果应用的数据处理方式发生变化，本政策将同步更新，App Store Connect 中的 App 隐私信息也会相应修改。

Sudoku Dive Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 20, 2026
1. No Personal Data Collection
The app does not require an account and does not collect or upload names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, photos, contacts, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, diagnostics, or other personal data. The app contains no third-party advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, social features, chat, or user-generated content.
2. App Data Stored Only on the Device
Exercise progress, puzzle entries, sound and mistake-checking settings, and timer start times are stored only on the user's device with Apple UserDefaults. This information is not transmitted to the developer or any third party. Local app data remains until the user uninstalls the app or the operating system clears the app's data. The developer has no server copy and cannot remotely view, recover, or delete it.
3. In-App Purchases
Support Developer items are optional consumable in-app purchases. Apple processes payments through StoreKit and the App Store. The developer does not receive or store card details, payment account details, or Apple ID information. Purchases do not unlock levels or change hints or any other puzzle-solving feature.
4. External Websites
Real creature photos are bundled with the app for offline use. After a parental check, Credit & Source links can open the corresponding Wikimedia Commons source page. The privacy policy and support page may also open in the system browser. The app does not record visits to these pages. External websites are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Minors' Privacy
The app does not create child profiles, use behavioral advertising, or track users. In-app purchases and links that leave the app are protected by a parental check.
6. Data Choices and Deletion
Because the app does not collect or retain personal data on a server, there is no cloud data to request, correct, or delete through the developer. Users can delete locally stored app data by uninstalling the app.
7. Policy Updates
If the app's data practices change, this policy and the App Privacy answers in App Store Connect will be updated.
